Developer workflows, infrastructure, architectures, and building products the hard way.

These essays sit closer to software engineering than to AI discourse. They cover infrastructure, interviews, architectures, and the kinds of product decisions that only feel obvious in hindsight.

Some are technical, some are process-oriented, and some are just scars from building. The unifying idea is that good systems work because the surrounding workflow works, not because one clever abstraction saved the day.
